The homework about the Moorhead Fire Department:
Today, we went to visit the Moorhead Fire Department. I learned more and knew more. When I arrived the fire department, I saw several fire fighting trucks, they are so large and have a bright red color. I thought they were so cool. Through the firemen explained the fire fighting trucks, I knew that there were too many life preservers which are used to fire fighting in the trucks, such as the ax and water cannon. I thought the equipments were useful for saving life and fire fighting. Besides, I also knew that when the fire accident happened and they needed to prepare to set off, they could dress the fire suit in 30 seconds, that was high efficiency for solving the fire accident. I also knew that the situation of the firemen's relaxing time. They could cook, watch TV, surf the internet and play the games, so there were too many activities they can do in the relaxing time. In my opinion, the advantages of the fire department are they have the advanced equipments to solve the fire accidents and they also have the high efficiency to prepare for the fire fighting. I think the disadvantages of fire department are they are more relaxing and have too many entertainments, may be that will let the firemen reduce the alert, and affect the fire fighting.

The homework about Bonanzaville Village.
1.The Bonanzaville Village displayed the historic things of America, such as something about the American Indian and Fighting the Fires of Hate: America and the Nazi Books Burning.
2.For me, the most interesting artifact of the exhibition is the things about the American Indian. According to the artifacts, I can know that the preys of the American Indian are big buffaloes, and in the museum, we can see a vivid big buffalo artifact, it is so great. I also can see the American Indian model, from the model, we can know the American Indian's clothes are made by animal fur and feather. Besides, I also can learn how the American Indian kill the buffaloes and where they are from. The Artifacts can let us know about the history of American Indian, and their daily life, so I think it is the most interesting artifact.

The homework about today's activity:
Today, I have gone to the Publish Library. In the library, I could read many kinds of books, such as comics, fictions and magazines. Choosing a book to read was a way to relax for me, and I learn some important things which I could not learn in the classroom, for example, I have read a book about many celebrated dicta, and I have learned how to play a good man for servicing the society and how to recognize our mistake. Besides, I also played chess in the library, this was another way to let me relax, and it could improve my ability to think and solve the problem in the society. The activity of the Public Library let me have a place to learn and relax, so it is so meaningful for me.

The homework about Thanksgiving Day:
The American people give thanks for the gift of god in Thanksgiving Day. In 1621, there were some Puritans from England escaping to the American mainland by ship. They decided to live in there, and in the first winter, because of the food shortage, cold and illness, too many Puritans died. In the spring, the Indians' chieftain leaded the Indians to help them and provided crop seeds to them, and taught them how to hunt the animals. Finally, the Puritans got excellent harvest, they all felt very happy, and decided to celebrate harvest. They thought the harvest was a gift of god, so they thanked the god.

The homework about the Comstock House
The Comstock House is belong to Solomon Comstock's family, the members of his family is including his wife Sarah and children Ada, Jessie and George. Comstock was serving as a state legislator, US senator and local philanthropist, many people are helped by him, the rest of his family was also well-educated and well-collect. In order to memorize the Comstock family, the volunteers and workers decided to repair the house, because the house has a long history. Besides, the design of this house was exquisite, its ornate woodwork and Victorian wallpaper let many visitor feel great. Because of this, today, the Comstock House is so famous that many people go to visit it and it is an important landmark of local history.

The homework about the nursing home.
The old people need us to pay more attention and take good care of them. Today, I went to the nursing home, and I had a communication and played the game call Bingo with the old people. In this experience, I learnt more and knew more. The old people in the nursing home is so kind and when I went to talked to them, they all felt very happy. Through talking with the old people, I knew that they were all so old that they could not move to the outside of nursing home easily, and some old people could not hear clearly and were hard to communicate, so fewer people would talk with them in common, they were so lonely and lived in a boring life. At that time, I thought that the old people needed help from us, we should go to pay more attention to them, did not let them pass the rest life lonesomely, we needed to go to the nursing home and talk more with them, they are all kind people. Visiting the nursing home was a new experience for me, I had grandparents, but they lived in the countryside and I lived in the city, I had less chances to have a communication with them, and they are too old. I really value the time to get along with my grandparents now, if I see them again, I will talk more things to them.
